Offset Printing is the heart of PF Solutions. We have a variety of offset presses to accommodate your projects including 26 x 40, 23 x 29 or 13 x 19 dimensions. We offer these options because every project is unique. Many factors have to be considered on what press size a project can best run on- This includes project dimensions, number of colors and quantity to be printed, also, the complexity of the job. A PF Solutions specialist can best explain these options to you. Sometimes, the project is better to run on our digital press.
But why offset print? Offset printing is a printing technique widely used in high volume reproduction. Basically, ink is transferred from a printing plate onto paper or another material, but instead of the plate pressing directly against the paper, the printed image is first offset onto a soft roller and then transferred on the material. Offset Printing decreases the chance of the printing plate wearing out through repeated impressions on the paper, and produces consistently higher quality and sharper prints. High volume of impressions on a sheet means a very cost effective print job. PF Solutions can maximize your budget printing in high volume making each piece very economical.
Color reproduction on our presses is G7 calibrated to worldwide standards. This effectively means a color proof from our Epson G7 Proofing System will match exactly to what you see on press. Prior to any print job going on press, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied on how your job will print. Our proofing system allows you to catch any last minute details that you feel did not come out correctly and gives you an opportunity to fix them. Come press time, you will have the satisfaction that there will be no surprises on press.
