The internet is fantastic. It’s got great opportunities to find out about who you’re doing business with before you do business with them. We’ve all seen (and laughed at) the girl on the State Farm commercial who swears they can’t put anything on the internet that’s not true, and then walks off with her “French model” date.
Not only can they put things on the internet that aren’t true, but unfortunately some people have a nasty habit of taking to the interwebz with an issue before they’ve even made an attempt to resolve it with the business. We don’t have a huge presence on Yelp. We don’t want a huge presence on Yelp, quite frankly. The old adage still applies – one unhappy customer will tell fifteen people, while one happy customer will.. tell no one, but they’ll come back and patronize you again.
That adage is slightly modified today, though. On the rare occasion that a happy customer tells someone on the internet how happy they are, the review gets filtered out. We have all the respect in the world for public review sites, and we hope the benefit they bring will continue. However, we respectfully request that you click “read filtered reviews” (and enter the captcha) to see what the vast majority of our customers think of us.
